1.1. Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and confirmation by ASB Training Hub. 1.2. Full payment of the course fee is required before the commencement of the training. 1.3. Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2.1. ASB Training Hub provides professional training to enhance the knowledge and skills of students but does not guarantee job placement. 2.2. Any assistance provided for job placement, such as resume building or interview guidance, is purely optional and does not imply a job guarantee.
3.1. All course materials provided during the training are for personal learning purposes only and should not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from ASB Training Hub. 3.2. The training schedule, curriculum, and instructors are subject to change at the discretion of the institute.
4.1. Students are expected to maintain discipline and attend classes regularly. Repeated absenteeism may result in termination from the course without a refund. 4.2. Any misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or violation of institute policies will lead to immediate dismissal without a refund.
5.1. Once enrolled, course fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal reasons, dissatisfaction, or inability to continue the course. 5.2. If a batch is canceled by ASB Training Hub due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative batch or rescheduling option may be provided at the institute’s discretion.
6.1. ASB Training Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the training provided. 6.2. The institute is not responsible for any consequences arising from the application of the knowledge gained during the training.
7.1. ASB Training Hub reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 7.2. Continued enrollment and participation in the course signify acceptance of any amendments made.
